Who We Are
EverThrive is a health coaching platform operated by SoCal Kettlebellz LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We help fitness and health coaches deliver structured programs, track client progress, and integrate data from connected health devices.

Data We Collect
We collect information necessary to deliver the platform. This includes:
- Account information — email address used for magic-link authentication
- Client assessment data — movement screen scores (FMS), body composition (InBody, Withings), metabolic data (PNOÉ), health history, and training session logs entered by coaches
- Connected device data — body composition measurements, weight, and related metrics from Withings scales, authorized via OAuth 2.0
- Wearable data — recovery scores, heart rate variability, sleep, and activity metrics from WHOOP and Oura Ring, authorized via OAuth 2.0
- Habit and behavior data — daily habit check-ins, adherence tracking, and coach-set goals
- Usage data — anonymized page views collected via GoatCounter (no cookies, no cross-site tracking)
How We Use Your Data
- To generate AI-powered training programs, reports, and coaching responses personalized to each client
- To display progress trends and body composition history to coaches and their clients
- To deliver habit coaching and daily check-in reminders
- To sync data from connected devices (Withings, WHOOP, Oura) at the client's direction
- To authenticate coaches and clients securely
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.
Third-Party Services
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI program generation and coaching responses. Client data is included in API requests solely to generate personalized outputs. Anthropic's API is not used to train models on your data.
- Withings — body composition data is retrieved from Withings servers via OAuth 2.0 with explicit user authorization. We store the data on our servers; Withings' own Privacy Policy governs their handling.
- WHOOP / Oura — recovery and sleep data retrieved via OAuth 2.0 with user authorization.
- Resend — used to deliver magic-link authentication emails.
- Stripe — payment processing for coach subscriptions. We do not store card numbers; Stripe's Privacy Policy applies.
- GoatCounter — privacy-first, cookie-free analytics on everthrive.app.
Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on servers hosted with DigitalOcean in the United States. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to the platform requires authenticated sessions (magic-link email or OAuth).
Health data entered into the platform is accessible only to the coach who created it and their authorized clients. We do not access client records unless required to resolve a technical issue and only with coach consent.
Data Retention and Deletion
Coach and client data is retained for as long as the coach account is active. Coaches may request deletion of their account and all associated data by emailing jeremy@socalkettlebellz.com. Connected device authorizations (Withings, WHOOP, Oura) can be revoked from within the platform at any time, which removes stored tokens and stops future syncs.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jeremy@socalkettlebellz.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
EverThrive is intended for use by fitness and health coaches and their adult clients. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered coaches. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
